Brianna’s background in customer service started in retail, where she spent five years working with people while finishing high school. After some time studying occupational therapy and working as an admin assistant in the trade credit industry, she decided to take a new path into conveyancing.

Starting with us in Reception, Brianna quickly became one of the friendly faces clients and referrers loved seeing when they walked through the door. Since then, she has continued to grow within the business and has now stepped into her role as Conveyancing Assistant.

Brianna loves learning new things, supporting clients throughout the process, and being part of the close-knit team culture at Key. Her warmth, positivity, and caring nature make her such a valued part of #TeamKey, and we’re excited to watch her continue to grow in her role.

In my free time, I’m usually hanging out with family or friends. I’m a pretty social person, so I love catching up, having a good laugh, and just spending time with the people I care about. Whether it’s a chill night in or something spontaneous, I’m always up for it.
