Nicole has been a part of team Key since 2021 and now, she is like part of the furniture. She has continued to grow in her role by heading up our Admin Team, and now transitioning to running her own files and being a File Manager. Nicole contributes to the team environment by recognising the value of input from all team members, and she shows this dedication in her collaboration with others every day.

Nicole’s favourite part of her role are all the different clients along the way that we help, and how grateful they are when their settlement is complete. She was surprised at how much background work goes into buying and selling a home and feels fortunate to be a part of that process for her clients.
